Ringo ist zweifellos derjenige der Fab Four mit der besten Stimme, darum durfte er immer Schlagzeug spielen. Wegen seiner Eitelkeit gründete er die „All Starr Band“, wobei er seine Mitmusiker wie Peter Frampton, Gary Brooker, Billy Preston, Ozzy Osborne, Eric Clapton usw. natürlich voll in den Schatten stellte.
